In addition to an amazing lake view, Easter brunch will be featuring a carving, seafood and omelet station along with grilled achiote chicken, lavender honey glazed lamb chops, and grilled hawaiian swordfish. Desserts include chocolate dipped strawberries, pastries, brownies and Girl Scout cookies!
Brunch is served from 10am to 3pm, alongside marina views, the buffet includes a carving station of prime rib and honey baked ham, Chesapeake omelette casserole, and peel and eat shrimp and Easter Eggs. There Easter Drink Specials include Spring Sangria, Bloody Mary Bar and Mimosa’s.
