4/14 : Building Wash Down (8am to 2:30pm, please remove all items from enteranceways so they are not water damaged)
12/10 & 12/11 : Quarterly Window Washing
9/3 : Pest Control
6/14 : Building Wash Down (7am - 3pm).
6/6 : Pest Control regular maintenence
3/5/07 : Dryer Vent cleaning (9am - 1pm)
3/14 : Naupaka Hedge Trimming - 8:30am - 5pm
3/10 : Coconut Tree Trimming - 8:30am - 3pm
3/8, 3/9 : Window Washing (all windows)
Notices are posted in the directories by both the garage and first floor elevators. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If posted, general construction noise may be heard only Monday through Friday during the hours of 9am to 3pm. There may be extreme noise during the
construction process (only allowed from 10am - 2pm).
