The unit was perfect in it's location to the pool and ocean, perfectly stocked with
everything we needed, the building was quiet, the BBQs were spotless everyday. Our
stay was VERY comfortable and we all felt at home!

[Polo Beach, Maui} nnLoved, loved this beachfront condo. The Sunset views were
spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location made it so easy to
commute to all of our excursions. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the
necessities. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. Next time, we will not bring as
many clothes as we did which will make our load a lot less. Every where we went was
very casual. We especially loved how close these condos are so close to the beach. No
other hotel is this close. My kids loved riding the waves. It's better to rent boogie
boards then buy the cheap Styrofoam ones. You can rent them at Wailea Shops. Real
inexpensive and they don't break when riding the waves. This was our first trip out to
Maui and I did a lot of research on the pros and cons on hotels, parking, food, etc...
No charge on parking and making our food at the condo made it so convenient and you
know your kids will eat it. I did most of my grocery when we arrived at Costco. Saved
a bundle. Not only is parking free but just a few steps to the elevator and a few
steps to our room. It does not get better then this. Would we stay here
again...ABSOLUTELY. NO DOUBTS AT ALL and also since NO OTHER condo that we drove while
our stay there that I was about to rent did not compare to the location and
convenience of the POLO Beach Condos. Completely satisfied from San Antonio, Tx

Staying at Polo Beach Club in unit 104 is our family's favorite place on earth! The
view from the Lanai is fabulous. It's super convenient and well kept. The beach is
amazing and uncrowded. Absolutely LOVE this place and hope to make it an annual
vacation.

Cabin was awesome. There were already toiletries, house cleaning products, dishes, and
plenty of clean towels at the cabin. Located at the end of a cul de sac with friendly
neighbors, and only a 10 min walk to the casinos makes it a great spot for
bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Hi Travis, I'm dropping you a note from the lanai of unit 302 at the Polo Beach Club.
My family and I just wanted to let you know that your unit is wonderful and we are
thoroughly enjoying our stay (and we've only been here two days!). Every day my
husband says, 'this is the best location" (and we've stayed at some great hotels prior
i.e. mauna kea, fairmont) but nothing beats the spaciousness and tranquility of the
Polo Beach club. My husband is already trying to look at his schedule to see when we
can come back....I think you may have a return guest :o)nnOh, the housekeeping staff
and grounds personnel are fabulous here, so kind...I asked for some windex to clean
the outdoor table and I swear they knocked on our door within 5 minutes.nnBest Regards

Our stay at the Polo Beach Club in Wailea was amazing. Hearing the ocean waves at
night was priceless and our morning walks
along the beach and walking paths was a perfect way to start the day. Travis was very
easy to work with, answered my many questions and promptly returned all calls. Very
professional. Would definitely stay there again.

"Relaxed and Happy" - We had been planning our trip to Maui and booked this beautiful
condo unit. I personally have walked past this property on previous
trips and have always wanted to stay there. Luckily I found Travis
Talbott and worked with him to secure a unit. He promptly returned
phone calls, answered my many questions and has truly been a pleasure to
work with. The beach was gorgeous, the condo clean and well
maintained and the location was perfect.

Top of the line, pretty much everything you could ask for for the
perfect vacation. The grounds well kept and the barbecue area/ herb
garden were perfect addition for home cooking fresh fish.. All the
restaurants you could ask for within walking distance and even golf. I
can't say enough about this property. I highly recommend it.

"WoW AMAZING LOCATION and BEAUTIFUL HOME!" - Wow, this is an amazing property right on
the sand. There is some of the best snorkeling right off the beach and with the sandy
bottom it is great for swimming. The unit was large, very nicely decorated, and the
ocean views were amazing. Litterally just steps from the unit and you are on the
beach. I will be going back to the Polo Beach Club for sure.

I wanted to write you the second we arrived at Polo Beach to tell you how happy we all
were to be there.
You were right, Tony. PB 104 is probably one of the best spots on the island. There
were times when we were the only ones on the beach. I'd
glance over at the Fairmont Kea Lani and think how lucky we were to be in a much more
wonderful place.
Our family very desperately needed this time to relax and feel like we had our lives
back.
I was able to empty my mind and on the last day, come up with an exciting idea for a
new PBS series.

location and really cute place! All the amenities and accommodations made it really
feel like home and we didn't have to worry about anything. We loved the backyard too.

beautiful. It was great that each couple had their own space with a bath and a

Just a note before we have to say adios to your fantastic condo here in Lake
Tahoe. This place has been great - plenty of room, and has more comforts
than home! We all had a great time skiing, snow-mobiling, gambling, sight-seeing and
just goofing-off. Rhonda's sister got married at the overlook at Emerald Bay, and for
our anniversary, we treated our family (who were staying at Harrah's) to a chef-cooked
dinner here at the condo last night. What a
treat that was! We're already looking forward to our next visit back here, and
possibly a trip to Hawaii this summer. Rhonda said she will contact you later about
availability in both places. Until then, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to
stay here in your Marriott Grand Residence.

We just came home from our wonderful vacation! We wanted to thank you for sharing your

Beach...was never too crowded, the snorkeling was great and the convenience was

We returned from Maui at the weekend and I wanted to thank you for your advice to take
the ground floor condo. We had a perfectly wonderful time and the location was
marvelous.
I have never been in a situation where both my wife and I agree that we would like to
return to the same location but we are both agreed that, if this were an option on
your side, we would willingly re-book for next year.
In addition I have already passed on your details to three separate friends of mine.
Please let me know on the status of your 2010 bookings.

We just returned from a glorious 12 day stay at your Polo Beach unit, and can't
believe how lucky we were to have stayed at such an amazing spot on our first trip to
Maui. We loved the privacy of the beach and the pool, especially since we had friends
staying at the busy Kea Lani next door. Our unit was lovely (I was especially grateful
for the tile floors), and whale watching from the lanai was our favorite pastime. My
parents stayed in 302 at the same time, and were thrilled with their accommodations
also. Thanks for such a memorable family vacation!

I want to thank you for arranging the wonderful accommodations at Polo Beach Club
#103. We could not have had a better time. The two bedroom condo was spacious and well
laid out with the patio off the living room looking out over the beach and the pool.
It was such a great location to access the 1.5 mile beach promenade past the
neighboring resorts with a spectacular view of the whales and the coastline. The
underground parking made life easy and the building itself could not have been better
situated. The private beach was immaculate and rivals any beach in Maui. Thank you
again for allowing us the opportunity at staying in your condo. We definitely look
forward to returning some day.

and the accommodations were just perfect. Close to the beach, the pool, and the
sunsets! The condo had everything we could think of which made the vacation very
comfortable and relaxing for our family. We enjoyed meeting the neighbors and soon
realized what a small world as we met people who were very familiar with our area and
our ever famous "Frog Jump." As being Mayor of this city for the past four years it
was heart warming to hear the "nice things" about our hometown. I'm convinced our
family needs to make this an annual trip and we would want to rent your condo
again........and maybe invite some friends to rent the other one! Thank you for all
your assistance. The staff at Destination and Polo Beach were very friendly and
accommodating. We had a wonderful time and look forward to a return.

not a vacation club or time share experience. You are treated like a property owner
here. the views are breathtaking, sunsets are gorgeous every night we were there.
Condos are very spacious and furnished with an island theme. You can swim with turtles

fantastic but it was even better than the pictures revealed. We had such a wonderful
relaxing holiday. What a perfect location for a family. It was nice to go to the beach
three times per day. It is cold in Vancouver so it was nice to take the kids to a
location where they could enjoy the sun and be outdoor all day long instead of couped
up in the house all day. We saw the whales from the lanai (that was my highlight). A
nearby hotel let off fireworks twice while we were there. It was a very impressive
display. We would love to return again! Keep us posted on your last minute specials! I
have attached some pictures. I could not help but give you some pictures of my boys. I
am a very proud mom! Thank you again for everything. It was a beautiful condo in a
